A classic of Italian pastry to be exact is a traditional dessert from Naples (Isle of Capri).
This is a soft cake in the center and crunchy on the outside prepared with almonds, eggs, butter, sugar and icing sugar to garnish, the classic is cocoa but this is a more summery variant with Lemon! Then the Almond and Lemon combination is, in my opinion, perfect ... with that typical consistency that only almond flour gives!
It is GLUTEN FREE as it is free of flour and therefore suitable for everyone!
Ingredients: Mold 26-28 cm
4 eggs
200 g Almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
80 g Butter
80 g Powdered sugar
1 grated zest of 2 lemons
1 vial of Lemon Aroma (optional)
1 pinch of salt
100 g White chocolate
50 g Corn starch (cornstarch) or potato starch
