Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 700 gms
Onion - 2 medium size
Tomato - 1 big size
Giger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add sliced onion and fry till translucent on medium flame.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
4. Add tomato and fry till its softens on medium flame.
5. Add masala powder as shown:
Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala powder, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder.
6. Fry for a minute.
7. Add 1 cup of water (300ml).
8. Add salt.
9. Close the lid and give a good boil for 3 minutes.
10. Now add chicken liver & cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
11. Add coriander leaves for garnishing & mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
12. Ready to serve.
