Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp.
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 & 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 lemon
Salt 1 tspn
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Oil for frying
Marination:
1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well (Note: Do not add water).
2. Marinate for 2 hours.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
2. Once the oil is hot, fry chicken in batches on medium flame.
3. Do not turn the chicken immediately.
4. Rotate and fry till rich red color.
5. Keep checking to avoid burning.
6. It takes 6 -7 minutes to fry completely.
7. Transfer to a plate.
8. Fry next batch.
9. Crispy & juicy chicken kebab ready to serve.
