Today's video is a video of a day of eating chicken ham that I made last week. I usually eat every last ingredient I video like this, but I often get questions about what I eat and at what time, so I filmed all the meals I usually eat and how much I eat in a day. The deciding factor was my morning routine, which I have been doing for a long time, and my 186 fasting, which is 1.5 meals a day, and 18 hours of rest for my organs and 6 hours of eating. I also include the story of why I decided to lose weight 2 years ago and how I have changed since losing weight, so I hope this will motivate you to lose weight.
