Nice. I built something similar. I use a Ronstan swivel pulley so I can work unilaterally and get more instability. One long rope that goes through the pulley with the 2 handles secured with prusik knots.

I made a nice set of your prusik trainers a while ago. They've been a great little addition to the fintess arsenal especially when on the go!

I loved your original setup. Suspension training gave me a good range of progression and regression for the upper body. I like a static climbing rope for that main line.

Yikes with the utility knife. Use a mounted vice for a safer option.😂

My technique must suck. I use rings at the gym and the straps rub against my forearms.
