Maybe try practicing with no weights? Or really light weights? And think about lifting with the shoulders! 😄💪

Hey Alex, can this be done along side the dumbbell push workout since that also works the shoulders? Would it be better to do it before or after the push workout? Just trying to capitalize on shoulder gains on push days 🙂
