• Ingredients

□ 210ml water
□ 8g agar-agar powder
□ 30g granulated sugar
□ 400g red bean paste
□ 25g corn syrup
□ 70-80g candied chestnuts, diced

• Notes
- It's not very sweet, but if you want it to be less sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar by about 10g.
- If the red bean mixture is too thick, it will be difficult to pour into a mold.

- Serve chilled :)
- It is easy to deteriorate at room temperature, so wrap and
store in the fridge and consume within 7 days. (Freezing is not recommended)
