Coming again from my car, this time on my way back from dropping the kids off at school and reflecting on how this was once a massive obstacle as a parent with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. There were times I couldn’t do it, and times I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it in the future. Now I do it every day with no repercussions. If you are early in your EDS journey know that there is hope and you can get better.
Apologies, the video is a little bumpy. I'm playing around with how best to film.
