From being a BMX racer for 40 years now, this is the complete opposite of what we do with very high spin rate. Brilliant simulation of hill climbs and another fun workout!!!! Thank you!!!

Great workout to change it up to "hill work". The last set with the higher cadence was a good shock to the legs!

I love all your workouts, but I'm craving a long one. Can you make a 60-min workout? I keep re-watching the old POV workouts up the Dolomites, and they're so great. Maybe a redux of those?

I found this a real toughie - the 2 minute at rpe7 then 1 minute at rpe8 at that low cadence was quite a bit harder than a session of this short duration might have been. Might have to give it another go soon!

Guys , I had this unknown virus last 2weeks, no voice, fever, cough, then a week of nose blowing. First go back, feel fat and unfit. 😂🎉🎉
