Here's a 20-minute bedtime yoga stretch sequence to help you relax and wind down. You can do this on a yoga mat or on your bed. We do simple poses to ease tension and tightness from the body and get you ready for restful sleep. The sequence starts with a short reflection on your day and a conscious letting go of all the day's events. There are minimal cues in this video. It closes with an open-ended Savasana (stay as long as you like).
