In this 20-Minute No Kneeling Yoga Stretch class, we practice gentle seated and supine poses to stretch and relax the whole body. This is useful for you if you have knee pain or injury and don't want to put weight on the knees. There are no standing poses in this yoga routine. We do 3 minutes of Savasana and close the practice together.
