In this video I will show you how to make a simple healthy bran bread in the oven. It is made without yeast and without a gram of flour.
This bran bread really helps to lose weight, as it satiates very well and keeps the feeling of fullness for a very long time.

Protein-5 Fat-3 Carbohydrates-10
- Flax seeds 25 g.
- Psyllium 25 g.
- Water - 300 ml.
- Bran 150 g. (I have wheat bran)
- Salt 4 gr.
- 4 grams of Sahsam (optional)
- 10g. leavening agent.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
