A Goa Flow yoga practice perfect to practice on full moon or any other time for that matter to remind yourself that you are whole and radiant. The practice include standing postures and backward bends.
I leave it up to you to Do Your Own Shavasana (DYOS), final relaxation pose. Please include at least 10 min, at a minimum 5 min.
