Today we cook goulash from the pressure cooker.
My pressure cooker * amzn.to/3OLeaCg
If you are looking for a good pressure cooker.
This goulash is ready on the table in 30-40 minutes and saves a lot of energy.
A good way to save a lot of energy, especially with the current energy prices.
Classic recipes that have to cook for a long time or stews are also very tasty in the pressure cooker.

And here comes the recipe
ingredients
500 g meat of your choice for goulash
500 grams of onions
500 ml beef broth
Optional cream
Spices
Salt
pepper
Sweet paprika
Some cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard
1-2 bay leaves
Heat resistant oil for frying
preparation
1. Finely dice the onions.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan on high and sear the meat in it. A roast should form.
3. Season the meat with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and cumin and mix well.
4. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Add tomato paste and mustard and roast for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
6. Gradually add the beef broth while stirring and thereby loosen the roast drips.
7. Add the bay leaf and stir in.
8. Close the pressure cooker and simmer under high pressure for 20 minutes. When the pressure builds up, turn the stove down to low.
9. After 20 minutes, release the steam and remove the bay leaf.
10 Taste and season if necessary.
11 Optionally adding cream is not a must but also tastes very good without it I only used it to use up leftovers.
Good Appetite
