When a person blames the judge or the lawyers for the consequences that they have to pay, it just shows how they really haven't learned much from the past. She goes on her rants about how much she's changed, and how she's learned and blah, blah, blah. But when it comes time for her, to face the consequences, that's when she blames everybody else. It's the judge's fault that she's gonna lose her job. And she's gonna not be able to continue in real estate. Or with the news. The judge is gonna ruin her children's Christmas. And it's his fault that she's gonna be away from her kids.. If you really learned from your past mistakes, then you would be saying, "I did this to myself.", "I did this to my kids." You don't have to be happy with the consequences, but blaming other people is just showing how you really haven't learned anything from your past situation with the court .

When defendants make faces like that while the judge is speaking I wonder if they have forgotten that there is a camera on them. Rolling eyes, shaking heads, pursed lips. Just exhibiting such disdain for the person with their immediate freedom and eventual future in their hands. She seems accustomed to getting her way through being pretty, being loud and just daring anyone to prove she is lying. Afraid that's not going to work here honey. You're going to jail. Edit after her final outburst: She really doesn't understand that this is ALL her fault. That she cannot deflect it to anyone else and is going to have to take personal responsibility. I'm not sure that time in prison will drive that point home. The world is always going to seem a hostile place if she can't get her head around the consequences of her own choices.

Maybe I don’t understand the process she had to go through… or maybe she was discharged on other than honorable conditions 🤨 I’m not sure what’s going on with her in that regard, but it’s clear she has a very serious alcohol problem that she’s still lying about. She is in the active throes of addiction. She actually said that she’s been rehabilitated because she CLAIMS to have not drank in ~100 days? That’s barely over 3.5 months. That alone shows me she has some serious issues with self-medicating that she needs to deal with. I’m glad Judge Simpson is holding her accountable, but she better get it together and quick. I hope she takes her treatment seriously. To have already had ONE alcohol monitor and now facing a second AND some real jail time?? 🤦🏽♀️ She clearly has a deep addiction to alcohol. One she’s not willing to face honestly right now. If you ever read this for any reason, or any other veterans struggling the self-medication path- You gatta get it together. She’s doing good she’s doing it for her kids. And yet she has sleep overs with her friends, she’s not a teenager to have sleepovers. Were her kids when she’s drinking and sleeping over her friends?

She probably has BPD. That disorder is almost an endemic. I feel compassion for her, she’s probably a good mother who is constantly struggling. But the rules are the rules, and considering her issues she’s still accountable, and needs to be held accountable

To all who are curious. I moved all of Washtenaw County, Michigan to Washington State as a Christmas Miracle. You're welcome, or I'm sorry, whichever fits best. :P In all seriousness, yea... big boo boo... but it's funny as all get out. Keep the jokes rolling in.

She should have thought about her kid's Christmas long before this point in time. Where are the baby daddies? Other relatives to help support this mother? Drinking alcohol is the last thing this woman needs!

They were scheduled to go out of town. 1600 for a tether is crazy. I’m sure you don’t have 1600 to throw away to a device that is a set up for failure. They need to stop using them.

She is delusional. Even if she is put in jail on December 20th, we ALL KNOW that kids are kids and they'll wake up December 25th and jump for joy that Santa came and left them a present. What if a mom was just simply working that day and out of necessity could not take the day off without pay? The kids would still have their Christmas. Kids go through a lot and it's worse when this boozer makes it harder for them. "My mommy is a drunk".
