Within minutes she revealed she doesn't know how to behave in Court and speak to a judge, is doing an act of playing at being a lawyer, and has poor comprehension skills. @@kinsley7777 Edit. I wrote my comment before the Judge said "you told me you were an Attorney" (in some State) so now it's even worse. Where is the proof for the court? The other guy never opened his mouth once so she conducted herself as if she were his Attorney. There is no way she's even a lawyer in my view, and no "Attorney" would conduct themselves in court as she did, not to mention her constantly interrupting the judge and her putting on the screen one name and the crap of they/them. Ridiculous defendants and SovClowns do all those kind of things and end up getting muted or given Contempt of Court but not actual real attorneys. Any attorney would never contradict a Judge saying "Ma'am" even if they were non binary, it's just not done, they know it's irrelevant in court for this kind of case and for professional career reasons would keep schtum. Frankly, a judge can address anyone in his/her court as they see fit, and they do, it's THEIR court and of course he ignored her over that. She also wanted to make this about race. What on earth would she have been like if the judge had been white? Also, only ignorant plaintiffs and defendants keep talking and complaining when a judge has made their ruling, not actual attorneys.

@jannieg22155 Half-and-half. She *is* a lawyer -- but licensed to practice in DC, not wherever this is. She said that outright, and several other people in comment fact-checked it. So, technically, not a lawyer in this state. But still a lawyer, and saying that a licensed lawyer should know better than to go Moor-adjacent in court is putting it mighty mild. That just makes it much worse. [EDIT] Yes, 'she'. She's flying so many of the recognizable tells of someone who uses identity politics as a bullying/trolling weapon that (1) I refuse to reward that behavior and (2) I strongly doubt the gender identification is even sincere in the first place. I'm willing to give non-binary people an assumption of good faith ... until they start weaponizing identity politics. Then the assumption of good faith evaporates. By the by, I'm an actual intersex woman -- the most natural possible ally she could hope to have on this point. But allyship, support, and respect have limits beyond which they erode fast, and I'm not going to let a foolish sense of solidarity blind me to this.
