●Ingredients(for 1 serving)
200 g pork loin
some cabbage
some Surigoma, Karashi
●Miso sauce(for 3 serving)
30 ml sake
60 ml mirin
200 ml pork bone soup
50 g Hatcho miso
1 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp granulated sugar
●Bread for panko.
250 g strong flour
170 ml water
1 tsp salt
10 g lard
1 tsp dry yeast
●Frying oil
200 g back fat from pork
400 ml salad oil
