[How to Make]
① First, brush the softened butter inside the mold to facilitate easy demolding later.
② Make the caramel sauce by pouring sugar and water into a saucepan. Heat over low heat and cook until it turns caramel in color. Turn off the heat, cover with a mesh sieve to prevent splattering, add hot water, shake well, and pour into the mold. Set aside.
③ Make the pudding mixture by heating milk, whipping cream, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla pod, and sea salt in a saucepan over low heat until it barely simmers. Turn off the heat.
④ In a bowl, whisk one whole egg and two egg yolks, add sugar, and stir until well combined. Slowly pour the mixture from step 3 into the bowl, mixing it with the egg mixture. Strain the mixture.
⑤ Pour the pudding mixture into pudding cups, steam for about 30 minutes. After baking, let it cool and refrigerate overnight. Done!
