Overhead motions are part of many exercises from the overhead press, tricep extensions, lat pulldowns, and many more. If you are experiencing pain/soreness in your lats and or back while doing these exercises, you must revise your form - doing so will protect your back. In order to get to a point where you have good form when performing overhead motions/exercises, implement the stretches and techniques shown in this video!
