Hey Roel do you reckon you could use that marinade on a whole pork butt or neck and make Char sui pulled pork? I guess you might have to use the Char sui sauce/marinade towards the end because of the sugar content like a rib glaze?

I like to make fun of the European Brilliance of this channel and Roel’s amazing insights into bbq, which many Americans think is a quintessential American culinary art. My Houston Nephew is a stand in for all the ignorance and insularity of America.
