It’s just, as a rule, being far more competent than the lay public is still far, far less competent than the typical attorney. They should know, however, that it never really pays to talk over the judge-even if you vehemently disagree. An interrogatory is a question, for example: On 12/24/23 did Santa leave coal in your stocking? A request for admission is, for example: On 12/24/23 Santa left coal in your stocking. If party upon whom RFA are propounded fails to timely admit, deny, or otherwise respond, these RFAs are legally deemed admitted. A demand for production of documents is exactly that. For example, Produce all documents supporting your claim that Santa discriminated against you by leaving only coal in your stocking on 12/24/23. Now that RFA are deemed admitted, next defendant will move for summary adjudication using the facts admitted by plaintiffs. Although MFSA are generally difficult to win, those based on admitted RFA are much easier to prepare and to win. (I wrote this comment before seeing that this is exactly how this case was resolved in favor of the landlord.) Hope this helps.

God bless doing the leg work. I thought about it. There’s over 10 hearings if judge Adam Sabrees still up. I think he did the underlying eviction.

The judge is starting to get increasingly pissed off at the antics of the faux lawyer and company. Crying that one is 'pro se' and doesn't understand is not an answer to anything, nor an excuse to be disrespectful to the court or opposing counsel.

Haven't even started the vid yet, but having just watched part one of this escapade, makes me so happy part two is up! I can't wait to hear what the pronounian has to say! I'm sure I'll be a better educated person for her incoherent ramblings.

Once again...this is why you NEVER get your law degree from TikTok, X, Instagram, OR your friend down the block who does hair, babysits kids AND sells weed all from the same house.

You already know you lost when your lawyer introduces themself with them/they pronouns and wears a hat during court proceedings. What is wrong with these adult children. I would immediately fire my lawyer and ask for a continuance

Delaying tactics will always go against you, and can work out to be quite costly. Their verbal diarrhea, talking over someone, repetitiveness, and making claims out of the stated parameters, does not prove innocence...total *Scamming Freeloaders* Let's hope they're not doing it to the next landlord. ...but also on another note, it makes me laugh when people who are defending themselves always say that they need time to get their documents in order...why?...they have months, all papers should be at hand, NO excuses whatsoever.
