Ingredients for white raddish:
Kashmiri Spinach - 1 kg
Lotus stem/Nadru - 300 gm
Asafoetida/Hing - 1/4th tsp
Cumin/Jeera - 1 tsp
Cloves - 2 finely crushed
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Brown cardamon powder -1/2 tsp
Cinamon powder - 1/4th tsp
Fennel powder - 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water 3/4th glass or as per requirement
