The Knee Over Toe Heel Tap is an amazing exercise to improve knee strength and stability. Our knees travel over our toes... ALL THE TIME! This exercise protects our knees against pain and injury in the knee over toe position. The difficulty of this drill can be easily manipulated by shortening the opposite heel tap distance to make it easier, or increasing stance leg height or adding a slant board to make it harder. Focus on slow, eccentric, controlled reps. The most important factor is that you are always pain-free!
