4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 portions, shape them into rounds, and set aside in the refrigerator.
5. Prepare the lemon cheese filling by mixing all ingredients evenly. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe out 6 portions. Freeze them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once frozen, shape them into rounds.
6. Enclose each portion of lemon cheese filling with scone dough, shaping them into small bowls.
7. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake for 18 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 8-10 minutes to prevent browning.
