50 Body Weight Man Makers
Starting at 0:00 and repeating every 2 minutes, complete 10 Sit ups.
(Every 2 minutes you have to do 10 sit ups)
How to perform a Bodyweight Man Maker:
Start from Standing
Drop to Bottom of Burpee
Push Up + Shoulder Tap R
Push Up + Shoulder Tap L
Push Up + Jump back to your Feet
Squat to Tuck Jump
