🍽️ Ingredients:
🥩 1 kg minced beef and pork
🍞 150 gr of bread
🥛 150 ml milk
🧈 50 gr butter
🧅 2 onions
🧄 2 cloves of garlic
🥄 1 tablespoon mustard
🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🌿 60 gr parsley
🥚 1 egg
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🔪 Instructions:
Preparation of the bread:
🍞 Break 150 gr of bread into small pieces and soak it in 150 ml of milk until it becomes soft. After it has soaked well, squeeze out the excess milk.
Preparation of onion and garlic:
🧅 Peel 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic. Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic.
Saute onion and garlic:
🍳 In a pan, heat 50 gr of butter on medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until golden and soft. Add the crushed garlic and leave it on the fire for another 1-2 minutes until it becomes aromatic, then add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 60 grams of chopped parsley. Let them cool a little.
Mixing the ingredients:
🥣 In a large bowl, mix 1 kg of minced beef and pork with soaked and squeezed bread, onion and garlic tempered with mustard, black pepper, chopped parsley, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of salt. Knead the composition well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Forming and baking the logs:
✋ Grease the baking tray with oil and cover it with baking paper.
Shape the meat mixture into balls and place them on the tray, keeping a small distance between them.
You can flatten them slightly to get the specific shape of the log. Brush with oil.
Put them in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
🍽️ Serve the roasts warm, along with your favorite side dish, such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables or salad.
