Mula ko achar Recipe is an authentic Nepali recipe. It is a very famous dish in Nepal, prepared in every occasion, goes very well with meat items and curries as well. Khadeko mula ko achar (खादेको मुला को अचार) is much liked dish in Nepal.
Ingredients For: Khadeko Mulako Achar
(खादेको मुला को अचार)
Radishes (2, large, thickly sliced,1 kg (approx). Cut into slices, and dried in sun for 5-6 hours, then mixed with 2 tablespoon of salt one hour prior to preparation)
Mustard Powder (1 cup)
Turmeric powder (1-2 tablespoon)
Salt (According to taste)
Red Chili Powder (2 tablespoons)
Oil (1 cup)
Timmur powder- (1-2 tablespoons)
Fenugreek (Methi) seeds- (1 tablespoon)
