- Keep your pelvis in neutral while you walk
- An anterior tilt of the pelvis is bad for hypermobility
Much of this comes from a lack of understanding of functional movement and mechanics. But sadly these can cause more pelvis and low back pain in hypermobility.
The pelvis is dynamic and it needs to move.
