Nearly one month from Race day at UTMB!
And we've made it for our Back to Back long runs!
I've been spending the past few weekends packing in the miles and hours with long runs on race-specific terrain. Now we up the efforts with longer distances and throwing in some races for fun too!
Today I'm prepping for the Elder Creek Night Runs where I'll be using the 50K race as my long run for the weekend. Hop in and let's discuss gear, fuel, and hydration for my long run and any lower distance Ultra race.
