With coach Bobby McGee feeling under the weather, I was fortunate to have Evan Schwartz join me on my workout today.
The workout - Pyramid Fartlek: 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min, 4min, 3min, 2min, 1min with the recovery always being half of what was just run (for example, run 1min, rest 30sec, run 2min, rest 1min etc).
It was a tough workout and I'm happy to have adapted to the altitude here in Boulder reasonably well now.
