This is NOT a conventional neck stretching exercise. Rather, this slow and gentle practice is about allowing the tense muscles of the neck to slowly unravel in their own pace by giving them a sense of safety and nurture. This practice can be particularly beneficial for whiplash and other trauma of the neck.
