Yes, it is possible to relieve your back and lumbar region while sitting on a chair facing your desk! There is no need to do very complicated movements.
In this video, I suggest you do 4 exercises, a kind of soft gym for the back, which allow you to move the spine in all planes of space while keeping the sitting posture: the frontal plane, the sagittal plane and the rotational plane.
In addition, I have added the mobilization of nerve tissue using neurodynamics and there is even stretching ;)
There is no need for any equipment, just the elastic and the ball.
As an indication, here is a dosage:
Exercise 1: 5 repetitions on each side
Exercise 2 : 5 repetitions
Exercise 3 : 10 movements on each leg
Exercise 4: 5 movements of the arms facing the body, 5 movements of the arms in elevation.
Do not hesitate to repeat these exercises during the day.
