The dynamic self-massage combines finger pressure and voluntary movement of the neck.
I applied the same principle of "dynamic" massage for the different muscles of the cervicals: the SCOM, the Scalenes, the anterior and posterior parts of the neck, the upper trapezius, the arms...
Dosage:
The ideal is to make sessions of 10 minutes of self-massage of the cervicals.
