Exercise cues:
1. Start on your hands and knees with a wide base of support (this makes the movement easier).
2. Slightly flex your spine, bringing it into neutral, engaging your core.
3. While keeping your hips still, bring one arm to the opposite shoulder, keeping the weight on the other arm. 4. To make the movement harder, bring your knees closer in and slow it down.
