INGREDIANTS:
500 gr. of flour
300 gr. of boiled potatoes
150 gr. of vino Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine
150 gr. of water
150 gr. of sugar
100 gr. of raisins
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
10 gr. of brewer's yeast
1 tablespoon of aniseed
Seed oil for frying
Sugar for topping
