INGREDIENTS
Flour 0 270 grams
Water 150 milliliters
Milk 100 milliliters
Eggs 30 grams
Dry brewer's yeast 5 grams
Sugar 10 grams
Salt 5 grams
Potatoes 150 grams
Red pepper 150 grams
Yellow pepper 150 grams
Red onion 60 grams
Mixed seeds oil as needed
In a large container, mix milk with egg and water, then add the sugar and THE dry yeast and mix everything together, finally add the flour and salt.
Mix the ingredients until homogeneous, then cover with cling film andlet leaven for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, cut the peppers into small cubes, finely chop the onion and grate the potato with a grater with large holes.
Once the leavening time has elapsed, pick the dough up and give it a quick mix with a ladle, incorporate the chopped vegetables and transfer into a pastry bag.
Drop the dough onto a pan with mixed seeds oil at 180 °C - 355 °F, cutting it with scissors, in order to obtain fritters of about 2 centimeters.
Let it fry until golden brown, it will take about 3-4 minutes and then transfer them onto a wire rack in order to drain the excess oil.
