Temperature Controller 1ET05225 (PM6C1EC-AAAAABA) Wiring Tutorial
Important: Must be Installed by a Licensed Electrician!
Step 1:
Power supply 100 -- 264 V AC, Connect Active using 1mm² to terminal 98 and neutral to terminal 99, maximum 0.8 Nm torque. Active should have fuse as protection.
Step 2:
Connecting a Thermocouple Input, negative lead to S1 (Red for Type K & J) and positive lead to R1 (Yellow for type K and White for type J).
Step 3:
Connecting a 3 Wire RTD/PT100, connect to red leads (leads with no resistance between them) to terminals T1 & S1, Connect white lead (Lead with +/- 100 Ohms resistance) to terminal R1.
Step 3 (bridging):
If using a 2 wire RTD, bridge out S1 and T1.
Step 4:
If using output 1 as a mechanical relay 240V AC, 5 amp to drive a contactor for heating or as alarm, use terminals K1 & L1.
Step 5:
If using output 2 as a switched DC to drive a SSR, connect the negative to W2 and the positive to Y2.
