Welcome to Dana's cookbook show! Today, we have the pleasure of learning from @MichaelPottsF1 on how to make delicious South African barbecue bread. Making a stock and soup from the Xmas turkey is a delicious and resourceful way to stretch the ingredients and create a flavorful meal. for the main course, followed by a variety of meats including duck and a special treat from the Alsace region, Choucroute. For the vegetables, we have @MichaelPottsF1 's famous aubergines, my potato salad, and coleslaw. Barbecue bread:
1kg flour
10gr sugar
10gr dry yeast
750ml water(room temperature)
10gr salt
Leave it to rise until double the size
neat it and divide into small parts
gril and enjoy
Soup
make a stock from your chicken/turkey leftovers, add vegetables cut them roughly , add aromatiques plants, season it as you like and cook it like a soup. Sieve the soup cut the vegetables put them back in the sieved soup. platine will be with what you choose try to have few colors and melting products
