Breakfast:
Pesto
Sun dried tomatoes
Avocado
Meat of choice or none
Eggs
Sourdough
Mikes hot honey
Lunch:
Tortilla full amount + the amount I used
3c flour
1tbs baking powder
2tsp salt
1/2c butter
1c water
Smaller batch of tortillas
1c flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
2tbs + 2tsp butter
1/3c water
Combine ingredients then rest for 15mins. Then separate into smaller balls, let rest for another 10 minutes.
Cucumber salad
Cucumber
Tomato
Green onion
Garlic
salt
Rice vinegar
honey
chili powder
chili oil or chili flakes
soy sauce
ginger paste or ground ginger
sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Dinner:
2 cans of tuna
Mayo
Mustard
Green onions
Red onions
Red and green bell pepper
1 eggs
flour or bread crumbs (you can adjust if it’s too liquify)
Salt and pepper
