Every two years I take it into a place called A1 water supply in Walnut California and they do a complete refurbish and they also sell me upgraded filters and also large volume of citric granules for my own cleaning purposes. Cheers.

Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet : I am now over 100 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 400-500 g of cocked meat plus 7-8 eggs a day. Divided in 2 meals) I am now 34 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-20%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss) I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 15 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 6 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements) I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition. So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you? Thank you for your attention

Thanks for the video Ryan. I do think you should just perhaps give us the links and information to specific products that you recommend instead of doing that behind a consultation wall. This adds another step that will most likely someone will not pursue. You seem to be very informative on the subject, maybe another video on the topic and deeper explanation on your filtration system. :)

Ryan... this is an interesting video... I only drink tap water that has been filtered. If I want it to be more alkaline, I put in a little pinch of ordinary Baking Soda and voila!... it becomes alkaline... and... yes, I do believe it does me good because it works to relieve any acid-reflux. .... though, on strict Carnivore, I do not have any acid-reflux.

I might experiment with this. Seems to me as if drinking alkaline water 4 hours after eating once the acidic digestion is complete may well help release fats once the fasting stage begins.

This channel is not necessarily the place to get real information on how to do carnivore. He lost a lot of weight and is very well intended. What he did worked very well for him. But in his last video he talked about eating fruit every day. The problem with fruit is that the fruit we now eat has been bred for extra sweetness, for more fructose. We evolved to eat seasonal fruit in moderation. We did not evolve to eat a couple of bananas everyday as he now says he does. It's okay for him in the meantime because he works on a farm but the long-term effects will damage even his liver. Only the liver can break down fructose. He's not drinking any alcohol though so who knows, maybe it will be okay for him. I hope it will, he seems to be a genuinely nice person with good intentions. He is right on the topic of water. I drink coffee once a day in the morning because I really enjoy it but I don't eat bananas and I don't have a couple of cheat meals every week. He says he eats whatever he wants in those cheat meals, that's not the way to do it. We don't do the carnivore diet exclusively for weight loss we do it for health. Eating processed foods once or twice a week is not ideal for health. The primary issue is eating what we have evolved to eat. The reason we are suffering so much now from so many diseases is largely due to the experiment in food we have created for ourselves. Instead of eating what we evolve to eat most people in developed nations are getting 60% to 80% of their calories each day from processed foods. Some of the processed foods are obviously unhealthy but many of them have the aura of health. They shouldn't though, if it comes in a package, if it has a paragraph of ingredients, it isn't food. I know that may seem unnecessarily limiting but it really is true. You'll be fine if you have something in a package once in a blue moon but get rid of packaged processed foods. Dairy from grass-fed cows with no additives is fine if you can tolerate dairy, that will depend on where your ancestors came from. Beef, grass-fed at least some of the time, wild caught fish if you enjoy it, depending on how you tolerate it, a small amount of seasonal fruits and vegetables bearing in mind that they do contain anti-nutrients. Some of these anti-nutrients will affect one person severely and another person not at all depending on how much they eat. If you have a lot of weight to lose or if you are suffering from ill health pair it down to the minimum and start there. I hope some of this is helpful. Dr Jason Fung is a good resource he has written several books. He also has free videos here on KZitem. He is a medical doctor and he isn't selling anything. There are other great resources. Bear in mind that when someone creates a channel to tell their story they are telling it from their perspective and their perspective will vary from your experience.

@@emotionalsupportpaintbrush We do not need to ingest products to help our stomachs maintain their acidity. I didn't think you were trying to troll even though your username might suggest otherwise. We do not need to eat products or drink products to help maintain the acidity of our stomach. If you are eating the right foods and not drinking the wrong things your stomach does not need you to intervene to make it more acidic. He is absolutely right about that.
