i have my cheatday every 2 week...but not to boost my metabolism but to stay on track, the cheatday is part of my dietplan, so no regrette!!!the trick is not do overdoe and eat normal portions!!!

Hey man - what if you are eating at maintenance a few days a week but you are still extremely hungry and food focused? What do you do in these circumstances? These days i just eat whatever, and i feel good actually but i know i over did it but actually am not fazed. Can you explain this?

I would assume this is one of the basic mechanics of carb cycling too (when done with calorie counting) allowing your body to stay efficient at burning carbs when present instead of conditioning it only to run on fat (which isn't sustainably healthy forever anyway)

Also you cant reduce fat on a specific part of your body, it includes all parts of your body

Do a caloric deficit, so like track the amount of calories you eat a normal day, then once you start your diet, reduce that normal daily calorie intake by 20-30%. Do lots of cardio to make sure you’re burning more calories than you eat. You can’t target specific parts of the body and stomach fat is the last reserve of fat that will get burned so dont be discouraged if you don’t see progress 2-3 months in, eventually you’ll start losing the fat
