I am having hunchback and it's been more than 5 years. I have been following lot of exercise videos for hunchback and do them but couldn't see much difference..Just a week back I came across this video and have been doing these exercise for a week ..I can see change not much but bit of ,hope in a month I can get rid of this..Thanks team for this video

Are you familiar with scheuermann disease? Do you believe this would be helpful as well for structural kyphosis (scheuermann disease) which doctors say is not reversal left because of deformed vertebrae wedging?

namesthe. thanks for the demo. last week I took physio exercise for lumbar pain. I am 63. he told me that my back bone has both kyphosis and scoliosis. nut I could not experience and self diagnose because it is back. should I practice yoga for both or one by one. one known reason for kyphosis may be an occupational hazard because I were a steno, continuously typing for about 40 years in stooping position. can i overcome the kyphosis anomaly. eagerly waiting for your guidance. I wonder why there are 45 dislikes👎. I 👎 the 👎 and see the thumb from opposite direction to see it as like. 👍. thank you. please ignore the 👎👎👎👎 totally.

Namaste Lucy, sure this sequence helps if practiced regularly and consistently. Make sure you are practicing within your comfortable limits. The stress should not come on the neck, rather you should feel an active work in the shoulder, back and hips. Tip: do not raise the chin too high while practicing. All the best.

Namaskara Avani. try to keep your practice regular. One day of absence is alright. It generally takes 21-40 days for the body to get accustomed to this new routine. Keep up the practice.
