Have you had a week full of tough workouts, runs, travel, or TONS of walking? This class is the perfect class to stretch out sore legs. We'll do lots of feel-good poses but won't ignore the need to intelligently strengthen the same areas. Anytime we feel an intense need to stretch, it's easy and tempting to go way overboard; we'll keep it balanced so you can leave your mat feeling like you got exactly what you needed. Expect some supine poses, easy-going sun salutations, plenty of hip openers, and twists. Enjoy!
