This yoga flow for grounding is powerful holistic healing which guides us back to giving ourselves the medicine we need and energetically points us to how to ground yourself. As a trauma informed yoga teacher, Echo guides us through a gentle full body grounding yoga flow and mindful meditation accompanied by the beautiful relaxing sounds of the live handpan in order to give ourselves what we need and transmute and unburden the stress and anxiety one may feel as an empathetic being in a fragmented and polarized world.
This powerful tantric hatha yoga practice is one to create more insight towards our own self strength and empowerment as sensitive beings existing in this world. Breathe, move slowly, find stillness, and allow yourself to feel deeper and move through this inwards yoga with more skill, grace and ease. The full body stretches in this healing flow can also help feel relief from pains, tensions, soreness, and tightness all over the body and offer a deep stretch routine that can be safely done daily. Being a sensitive person can bring us heaviness, so to transmute the burden it's important to set boundaries, take time for yourself, bring mental health awareness and physical therapy to give ourselves the tools for integrated healing.
Remember to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and feel free to join Echo and make any sounds or verbal vibrations you would like during your practice to loosen and tone the autonomic nervous system with some vagus nerve stimulation, releasing stuck emotions and tensions.
