芝麻布包豆腐 Tofu with Sesame Sauce

材料:
布包豆腐 1 大塊 (切厚片)
油蔥酥 少許
蔥花 少許
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
玉米粉 少許
橄欖油 適量
蘿蔓生菜絲 適量
芝麻醬:
黑芝麻 2大匙
白芝麻 1大匙
陳醋 2.5 大匙
E.V. 橄欖油 2 大匙
醬油 2大匙
糖 4大匙
高湯 2大匙
做法:
把芝麻搗碎,然後加入其他醬汁材料拌勻。
把豆腐切厚片,加入鹽、胡椒粉、玉米粉撒均。
在鍋中加入橄欖油,中大火加熱,
把豆腐塊放入鍋中煎至兩面金黃。
在盤中鋪上沙拉菜,排上煎豆腐,淋上醬汁,撒上蔥花和油蔥酥。
芝麻布包豆腐 Tofu with Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
1 block of cloth tofu
1 tbsp crispy fried shallots
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
Olive oil (for frying)
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
Sesame sauce:
2 tbsp black sesame
1 tbsp white sesame
2.5 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp E.V. olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp broth
Method:
Put the black sesame and white sesame in a bowl and then grind it for a few minutes. Add all the sesame sauce ingredients and mix well.
Cut the cloth tofu into 1cm - 1.5cm thick, sprinkle some salt and cornstarch.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat, Fry the tofu until golden brown, around 5 minutes for one side.
Place the shredded lettuce on a plate and then arrange the fried tofu on it. Pour the sesame sauce over the tofu, and then sprinkle chopped green onions and crispy fried shallots.
