参巴虾仁臭豆(食谱)
A材料
200克 臭豆
2粒 桔子
2克 鲜虾
B材料
2条 红辣椒
3条 干辣椒
5粒 小葱
3辦 蒜头
半大匙 峇拉煎
2小匙 糖
2大匙 虾米
4大湯匙 食用油
先將200克新鲜臭豆剥皮清洗干净备用,然后将鲜虾去壳去内脏清洗干净备用,将桔子挤出汁液过滤备用,辣椒幹用熱開水泡軟和虾米用3大湯匙水泡上20分钟後過濾出水份備用,然後將辣椒幹,紅辣椒,小蔥頭,蒜頭,峇拉煎,蝦米全部倒入研磨機裡攪拌均勻備用,用4大湯匙食用油倒入預先燒熱鍋裡再倒入預先攪拌的參巴配料倒入慢慢的炒香,開上中小火手要不停的攪拌參巴配料炒至嗅到香味後加入2的小匙糖再次炒香加入蝦仁拌炒均勻後加入臭豆拌炒慢慢的加入過濾出蝦米的水,最後加入桔子水再次拌炒均勻試著適合自己的口味拌炒片刻就可盛上來,謝謝
