Hi Bendy Babes! My name is Eva and I am a Hypermobility Fitness Specialist that has worked with hundreds of hypermobile clients for thousands of hours to help them move better and feel stronger.My journey into "hypermobile fitness" started similarly to so many others, which was undergoing years and years of pain, fatigue, and misdiagnosis. I started developing these workouts in 2019, because I recognized that "traditional workouts" weren't working for me. I received an official diagnosis of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder in late 2021.
