WHY did I create this channel?
I spent over a decade imprisoned & enslaved by emotional / disordered eating. KNOWING but not DOING better left me feeling frustrated. So I studied Psychology & Neuroscience and gathered more knowledge in my mind. But this was only potential power. Without applying it, my results stayed the same.
Once I understood how to guide the nervous system through the river of change, I could finally integrate my aha moments and thus embody a more authentic version of myself.
Now I am passionate about helping & empowering other woman on their journey of liberation & returning to their inner home.
I firmly believe that reconnecting with our true nature - a peaceful, loving & compassionate one - will make this world a better place.
