For example, instead of nourishing their body and eating to live, they are living to eat - stuck in bad eating habits like emotional eating.💫
We believe Mindfulness is the key to breaking free and creating a better reality. On this channel we will cover Mindful eating and movement - including yoga, nervous system regulation and insights from my studies in Psychology & Neuroscience.
