This is a series of cardio exercise (aerobic dance exercise). This program aims to tone your waist and belly and burn fat of the whole body. In the 1st and 2nd song, we perform movements aimed at tightening the waist and belly, and in the 3rd song, we effectively move the whole body according to the up-tempo song to promote fat burning. So you can effectively tone your waist and belly and burn fat in 10 minutes.
I chose simple steps and movements to dance to the music, and added "beep sounds" just before changing the movements.
